Orders typically require 48 hours’ notice (longer during busy seasons). If your preferred date shows as unavailable, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

  • Our team arrives before your event to set up your grazing table. Please have your setup space ready upon arrival. We do not provide teardown or cleanup unless arranged in advance (additional fees apply).

    All serving props and décor belong to The Charcuterie Lady and must be returned within 2 days or scheduled for pickup. Plates, napkins, and utensils are the client’s responsibility.

    A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with final payment due 5 days before the event. Cancellations made 12+ days before the event may qualify for a refund, excluding the deposit.

    Events outside Middlesex County may include a travel surcharge and toll reimbursement.
